| The United Democratic Front government of Kerala, which will be completing one year in power within a couple of months’, will announce their Tourism Policy soon. According to AP Anil Kumar, Minister for Tourism, Government of Kerala, the draft of the new tourism policy has already been prepared and will be finalised after due consultations with industry stakeholders. Without going into details, Kumar said that the new policy aims to take foreign tourist arrival numbers to 20 lakh from the current seven lakh by 2020. |
